Responsibilities
* Act as the point of contact between Customers, external Sales Reps, our despatch teams and our Technical team
* The role is busy and very much requires someone comfortable with multi-tasking
* Must have a confident phone manner
* The day consists of setting up quotations and contracts for our clients' customers in time for their delivery, quite often these can be requested at short notice.
* We have an initial 4 week training structure where we will train on our systems – CRM Dynamics, SAP and Genesys phone system and give Technical Training on Concrete, we also use sitby training with existing Agents and also include a sitby as part of the interview process – I think its important for applicants to see the role
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software but training will be provided
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule
40 hours a week. 8-5 initially but once trained the shifts rotate 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm
