As a field and video Sales Consultant youll develop customers who have shown an interest in moving with Pickfords, develop a strong relationship and instant rapport. Its important that you understand our customers and that moving can be a daunting experience

your natural approach will ensure that customers are at ease when making important decisions.We are looking for a competent sales professional with a high level of emotional intelligence capable of working with our internal teams as well as performing against sales targets. If you have experience of the removals or logistics industry thats great but dont worry if you havent we can give you the tools and development to become the most successful field/video Sales Consultant in this market.

Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with customersUp sell and introduce partner revenue streamsLiaising with business partners to develop future relationshipsLiaising closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams.Be prepared to get involved at every opportunityDemonstrate professional and responsible selling at all timesWorking within the framework of a dynamic sales team both selling from site and on video.KPI'S:Achieve annual revenue targetsSales productivity targetQuarterly sales reviews- Conversions/margins/revenue targetsSkills, knowledge& experience:

Previous successful field/video sales experienceGood negotiating and influencing skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to build alliances and maintain relationshipsAbility to understand both customer and competitive environmentGood networking skillsCommercial awarenessPC and IT literate including ExcelPersonal Attributes:Consultative skills
