Responsibilities:
Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lesson plans and instruction
Help with classroom organisation and management
Support the teacher with preparation of materials for lessons
Set up equipment for activities
Provide individual and small group instruction
Support the teacher with record keeping
Assist with other duties as assignedRequirements:
Previous experience working with children preferred
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Patience and strong work ethic
Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as neededThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to helping students reach their full potential, and a strong work ethic.
