Position: Residential Children's Support Worker and Senior Support Worker

Our client, an established residential childcare and supported living provider, is expanding their reach by opening 2 new children's homes. They are committed to creating safe and nurturing environments for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide emotional and practical support to children in our client's care.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of each child.
* Implement care plans and individual support strategies.

Requirements:
* Passion for working with children and young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
* Open to applicants with or without relevant qualifications for non senior roles.
* NVQ Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent for senior roles.
* Experience within residential childcare settings is required.
Working Conditions:
* Full-Time Permanent Role: This position is a long-term commitment.
* Shifts: Involves working long shifts and sleep-ins.
* Rota: 2 days on, 4 days off.
