Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a leading Bradford Eye Hospital, for an experienced Scrub Nurse to join their highly skilled and supportive team.
This is a permanent position offering generous salary, which is reviewed annually. You’ll have access to brilliant company benefits and private healthcare.
Role Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the Ophthalmic Surgical pathway
* You will have specific responsibility for providing skilled clinical and technical assistance as a member of the operating theatre team
* This will also include peri-operative and post-operative care in the surgical and refractive suite of the hospital
Qualifications:
* Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
* Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
* A qualification in Ophthalmology or Peri operative care
Skills Required:
* Experienced and confident working in an Ophthalmology Theatre
* Scrubbing experience in an Ophthalmic theatre
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Committed to maintaining professional standards and ongoing learning
