We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Manor Medical Practice. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex needs, including those with acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe and review medication, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver patient-centered care and support the delivery of policy and procedures.
- Develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing programmes to improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our practice, including the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
- Masters degree in Advanced Practice or a related field.
- Postgraduate diploma or degree in Advanced Practice or a related field.
- Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber on the NMC register.
- Meets NMC revalidation requirements.
- Meets the standards for registered ANP working at advanced level.
