Role Description The Hotel Area Manager will oversee operations of multiple hotel properties in the London area, United Kingdom. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring excellent multitasking and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing budgets, overseeing food and beverage operations, and leading the team to meet sales targets. The role also involves ensuring operational compliance and enhancing the guest experience across all properties. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional guest experience Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to manage resources effectively Effective Sales experience with the ability to lead teams to meet and exceed targets Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and management Experience in Receptionist Duties, including overseeing front desk operations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in the London area and manage a fast-paced hospitality environment Previous management experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
