It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.As a Hotel Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:To coordinate and guide managers from all departments, including front desk, accommodation services, and food and beverage including events as well as support finance, talent and Culture and Sales & Marketing with the General ManagerDevelop a close working relationship with all group and support functions to ensure the Collection is successful – celebrate joint wins.To monitor and identify training needs within the departments, and to develop and implement training plans to meet those needs.
