Our company is looking for a Matchday Hospitality Manager to work closely with the Events and Function Manager to prepare for evening events following matchdays.As part of your role, you will lead a team of waiters and bartenders during matchdays.The RoleTo be considered for the position, the candidate will need to attend pre-operations meetings on a Thursday to discuss crowd numbers and special requirements. Once matchday numbers and set up have been outlined, the candidate will have to coordinate with kitchen detailing hospitality numbers, organise matchday setup, order stock for kiosks and bars, establish staff routes and kiosk routes.Organise serving staff, oversea service, set up the bar, tills, and ensure that all staff members work to their capacity under their guidance, as well as following all set up instructions to the letter.RequirementsTrustworthy and flexibleGood organisational skillsExcellent communicatorAble to manage a teamKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure standards are maintained and service levels are to a high standardComplete rota’s for matchday and work within staffing budgetsManage cash proceduresFollow internal proceduresWork under own initiative and continue to improve our serviceIt is a part-time job, working a minimum 16 hours per week and a pay rate of £12.50-£15 per hour.We’re looking for the ideal candidate to be the face of our business, who can present themselves to a high standard, being well polished and have an approachable manner.If this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your application.Send your CV and a covering letter outlining your skills and experience
