Mixologist/bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique and delicious cocktails for our customers. Your expertise in mixology and your passion for creating exceptional drinks will contribute to an unforgettable experience for our guests.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using a wide range of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Hospitality-focused mindset with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating drink prices and handling cash transactions

Pay: £19,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
