The Role:nAs a Sales Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in equipping our sales team with the skills, knowledge, and strategies they need to excel. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance sales techniques, communication skills, and client relationship management.

Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you'll identify training needs, develop tailored solutions, and measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:ndevelop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding sessions, ongoing workshops, and skill-building exercises for our Recruitment Consultant and abovencoaching and mentorship to sales representatives, offering personalized support to enhance performance and achieve targets.ntraining materials, resources, and tools to support learning initiatives, ensuring content is current, relevant, and impactful.nwith sales managers to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, implementing targeted training interventions to address key challenges.ntraining effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and performance data, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.ninformed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating new insights into the training curriculum to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:nexperience in sales training, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.nunderstanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of driving performance improvement.ncommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences at all levels.norganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.nmindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships across the organization.nproactive, and results-driven, with a passion for empowering others to succeed.
