What the role of a Recruitment Sales Trainer involves:nFull responsibility for the delivery of development courses, including our client and candidate training coursesnCreate training materials, content & courses to support business materialsnEngaging with key stakeholders within InterEx Group to understand their business and what support is needed for their consultantsnProvide phone coaching and at-desk support for consultantsnIdentify & report training needs in the business to leadersnContribute and keep up to date with business changesnPositively impact culture and atmosphere
What we require from a Recruitment Sales Trainer:nExperience in recruitment is essentialnLearning and Development and/ or Sales Training background is preferred but not essential as training will be providednCoachable personality with the ability to think on your feetnProven track record of successnExcellent time management and prioritization skillsnDemonstrating enthusiasm for the recruitment industrynAccountability for learning outcomesnProactively identifying improvements for training and developmentnStrong written and verbal communication skillsnBe prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training program
