Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in the logistics industry? Our client, a leading logistics organisation, is seeking a Service Delivery Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all loads are delivered within the correct times specified by customers and account managers. You will play a vital role in monitoring each load, updating monitoring notes, assessing driver and vehicle availability, and alerting Customer Account Managers to any issues that may arise.
What we are looking for:
Proficiency in using IT systems, but don't worry if you lack experience as full training will be provided.
Good knowledge of external systems such as Outlook and Excel.
Previous experience working within a transport setting.
Knowledge of UK/EU driving hours laws and restrictions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with sound judgement when dealing with inquiries.
Strong planning and organisational skills, ensuring efficient time and workload management.
