Brook Street Social Care are working alongside a well-established provider of children's residential homes with a presence throughout the North East. We're seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Darlington where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference.About the Role:

  • Work in a modern, 3-bedded home with two vacancies, providing crucial support to young people who have experienced trauma.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment and offer emotional support to address behavioural difficulties.
  • Assist with all daily duties with the young people fostering a home-like atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • A robust and resilient attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting children in care.
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in young people's homes.
  • Driving licence
