The Role:nSupport development of the electrochemical testing programmenDevelop current technology for various commercial applications and productsnResearch and evaluate the performance improvements in energy storage cells to achieve the potential of the technologynEnsure resources are adequate and available on a day-to-day basis, setting objectives, scheduling work and ensuring successful outcomesnLiaise with external contacts (e.g suppliers etc)
What do you need to apply?nRecent PhD in Electrochemistry or similarnAt least 3 publications in the Q1 ranking journalsnStrong practical knowledge of electrochemical cells (e.g. battery, supercapacitor, fuel cells, electrolysis) design, component interactions and testingnRobust theoretical knowledge in electrochemistry and electrochemical techniques & principlesnExperience in utilising complimentary characterisation techniquesnTest experience, with experience troubleshooting, diagnosing failures & applying solutionsnData analysis & interpretation skillsnPresentation skills
