We are seeking an Electrochemist to join our team at Cranleigh Scientific Ltd in Cambridge, where we are working on a novel energy storage application. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research and developing electrochemical processes to advance our energy storage technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and evaluate performance improvements in our energy storage cells to achieve the potential of the technology.
- Lead and support the Senior Scientist on individual research projects, contributing to the setting of objectives and scheduling of work.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a PhD in Chemistry (or a closely related field) with a strong background in electrochemistry and understanding of electrochemical cells (batteries, supercapacitors, electrolysis, and/or fuel cells).
