The role:
- Work together with SLT to run day-to-day HR activities across the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- HR focus across processing employee data, updating and communicating company policies and assisting in hiring.
What you need:
- Leeds based (hybrid)
- Experience in HR Administration and strong understanding of HR Systems and applicable legislation
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Outstanding organisation skills
