Are you a Hotel Reception / Front of House Manager looking for your next challenge?

De Vere Tortworth Court in Wotton-Under-Edge are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join the team.

As the Front of House Manager you will promote a positive environment where colleagues are multi skilled to ensure our guests always receives the friendliest and most efficient service possible, while also positively approaching any sales opportunity. Working closely with your team, you'll make sure that all colleagues are aware of each day's business such as any VIPs of the day and any special requirements that may be needed.

This role includes a number of shift patterns including 7am till 3:30pm, 10:30am till 6pm and 2pm till 10:30pm.

In return the role offers a salary of £30,576 per annum plus excellent benefits including free use of the leisure facilities, an annual 2 night complimentary stay with De Vere, a paid day off for your birthday and a range of Management masterclasses to develop your skills and experience.

Your skills & experience:

  • You have Reception / Front of House management experience ideally within a similar sized hotel
  • You have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with people, which is vital for this role when liaising with both guests and various different departments and teams across the Hotel
  • You have the ability to motivate and inspire team members, encouraging them to put their heart and soul in to creating memorable moments for our guests
  • You are able to delegate effectively and have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Experience of using both Opera and Forth would be advantageous
