Senior Regional Sales Manager

Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Develop new business opportunities by establishing a broad network of potential clients.
* Independently secure meetings with new clients, focusing mainly on outbound efforts.
* Meet with decision makers in enterprise and strategic organisations.
* Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
* Represent the business at exhibitions and networking events.
* Support the Account Management team with expansion opportunities for existing clients.
* Host networking events with prospects to nurture relationships and pipeline.
* Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting, preferably Salesforce.
About you:
* Minimum 8 years of B2B consultative sales experience with client interaction.
* Minimum 5 years of SaaS/Industry experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience gained within the health and wellbeing sector.
* Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
* Flexibility to travel to Leeds office occasionally.
