Role purpose:
As a Support Worker, you will provide quality care to ensure that all children and young people have a positive childhood filled with friendship, laughter, and nurturing family environment.
You will be required to attend to the overall task in a thoughtful manner and must work within a comprehensive regulatory framework.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of all children are met consistently.
In this position, you will be required to:

Engage with the children in pursuing education, leisure activities, hobbies, and interests.
To be a key worker and oversea paperwork,
Always demonstrate a clear understanding of personal and professional boundaries.

Promote, practice, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Always adhere to all safeguarding policies.
Participate in supervision, training, and staff development.
Support management and other staff to ensure can maintain quality standards for the home.
Understand the range of challenging behaviour presented by the children and young people, using positive behaviour management.
Be a strong role model. To apply for this role, you must have:
NVQ level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce - Essential.
Experience in residential childcare settings - Essential.
Safeguarding children knowledge - Essential.
Ability to handle conflict effectively - Essential.
Good written and verbal communication - Essential
