We are looking to recruit a permanent PA/ Secretary for a prestigious city centre and corporate business.
This is a full time post and it is essential the successful candidate is fully conversant with all standard administration programmes but most importantly, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Word.
The role will see you use your existing secretarial experiences to support the construction and building surveying team, consisting of 8 members including the Managing Director.
The role will also involve general admin duties ensuring an application runs smoothly, dealing with enquiries, invoices, contractor payments, attending weekly Visitor meetings, and general office management duties, answering phone calls, and generally keeping the pace whilst ensuring professionalism
The working week is from 8.30am to 5pm, 5 days per week,
