A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PROJECT MANAGER:
You're here to make things happen:
Manage the project: Ownership of the project's delivery at all stages from initation through to closure, and taking accountability for project scope, delivery plans, budgets, resources (including partners. 3rd parties), quality, Health & Safety etc.
Documentation: Create, track & manage project documentation for our customers, including SOW, HLD, PID, RAID logs, etc.
Stakeholder Management: Manage your customer projects becoming a 'trusted advisor' by coordinating our internal teams and liaising with suppliers and vendors, being the go-to customer contact.
Champion the Customer: Represent the customers' needs within our business and deliver on our commitments.
Utilise standard workflows: Follow, iterate and enhance our processes, to increase our customer satisfaction.
Continuous Learning: Each project is a learning opportunity; refining your skills and delivering better results with each subsequent engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Proven Success: You know how to deliver critical outcomes across multiple technologies on-time and on-budget within enterprise environments. Experience running large projects, delivering multiple technologies such as WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, to private & public sector customers.
Methodical Excellence: Using established methodologies and standards, such as Waterfall / PRINCE2, to fulfil our customer needs.
Great Communicator: You facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment of project goals. Customers love working with you, and you've got the track record to prove it.
Meticulous Organiser: You’ll have the detail and structure to plan and execute key customer activities using the documentation required.
Industry Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of managed services, IT infrastructure, and networking across LAN's and WAN's. Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Security is a bonus.
Recognised Project Management Training: PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM are an added bonus.

THE BORING STUFF:
This is a full-time role, you'll be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
It's a permanent position.
