Aqua-Tech Recruitment is working with a reputable Civil Engineering contractor who are looking to add a Divisional Manager to their team based within the Central Belt.
Job Overview
As a Divisional Manager you will be tasked with leading the Traffic Management Division for our Client a well-known civil engineering contractor. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of traffic management operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compliant services to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Traffic Management Division, including planning, execution, and delivery of traffic management projects.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Oversee the development and training of the traffic management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
* Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with traffic management operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a senior management role within the traffic management or civil engineering industry.
* Strong knowledge of traffic management principles and regulations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
