About Renault Truck Commercials:

By working with Renault Truck Commercials, you will be joining the largest main dealer group in the Renault Trucks UK Network, with strategically located sites across England and Wales our Dealer Points are located at Bristol; Cardiff; Dunstable; Essex; Felixstowe; Kent; Nuneaton; Reading and Tipton – all providing expert knowledge and specialist support to owner drivers and large fleet operators.

Package:

A significant basic salary with an attractive 20% sales driven bonus is on offer with a 10% matched Pension scheme, Company Car, Private Healthcare, 25 days Holiday rising with service plus other benefits on offer.

Overview:

As a Head of Sales - Contract Hire and Rental you will provide leadership, strategic vision, commercial acumen, and support in relation to the growth of RTC’s own in house Contract Hire and Rental business – Rental + , through a hands-on approach including direct and indirect sales force and that of supporting regional and network sales.

Implementation of the strategy to sustainably grow the business, through Rental + (Contract Hire and Rental) with a package of tailored offers, coupled with a clear drive to embed our Electromobility strategy in the marketplace.

This position will require frequent regional travel

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in an Engineering or Business-related subject.
  • Sound training in leadership, communication, and people skills.
  • Experience of running sales operations ideally in the Capital equipment industries
  • Previous sales management and key account experience with proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Understanding of the Road Transport business both own accounts and third-party operation
