Medic 365 seek Emergency Care Assistants for a private ambulance service based in North London.
This role consists of working alongside Paramedics and Technicians to undertake HDU as well as other types of patient transfers.
The shifts on this contract are 12 hours in duration with a range of shift patterns available including: standard five days per week, four-on-four-off, seven-on-seven-off or part-time weekend only contract assignments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • You will provide a professional and caring service to all patients.
  • Provide the highest standards of clinical and personal care within the interhospital and prehospital settings.
  • Support clinicians by providing effective care using appropriate knowledge and skills to assist them.
  • Drive ambulances under normal and emergency (blue light) conditions in accordance with road traffic law and adhering to company policies.

To be considered for this role you will be required to:
  • Have full compliance clearance with Medic 365 inclusive of all elements of the NHS Check Standards.
  • Hold an up-to-date Level 3 Certificate In Emergency Response Ambulance Driving (Blue Light Qualification).
  • Driver's are required to be 25 years of age with a full UK driving licence with no more than three points.
