Are you a skilled first aider with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of others during events? MEDSAFE EMS is currently seeking reliable and experienced Emergency Care Assistant to join our team for various events. As an Emergency Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention and support in case of any health emergencies or injuries that may occur during the event. Your quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure will be vital in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate first aid to event attendees in case of accidents, injuries, or health emergencies.
- Assess the nature and severity of injuries or illnesses and provide appropriate medical care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all incidents and treatments provided during the event.
- Coordinate with emergency medical services when necessary and provide them with relevant information for seamless transfer of care.
- Keep all first aid supplies and equipment well-organized and ensure they are readily available for use.
- Stay updated with current first aid protocols and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.
- Communicate effectively with event organizers, attendees, and other team members to ensure a safe and secure environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid qualification in First Response Emergency Care Level 4 as a minimum requirement
- Excellent knowledge of basic medical practices and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- A reliable and responsible attitude towards ensuring the safety and well-being of event attendees.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- First Response Emergency Care Level Level 4
- Previous experience working in large-scale events or festivals.
