Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic AI Engineer to join our award-winning development team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects while contributing to the evolution of our AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:nUtilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance and optimize internal and external-facing applications, leveraging customer and client data for personalized experiences.nImplement AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants to facilitate customer interactions and streamline communication processes.nDevelop predictive analytics models to forecast customer behavior and optimize collections strategies.nIntegrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance search functionality and automate content generation.nImplement AI-powered decision engines to suggest relevant products or services to customers.nLead the exploration and implementation of AI technologies to drive innovation and improve efficiency across the business.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.nConduct code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality development standards.nProvide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Required Skills:nAdvanced proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.nStrong knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.nExperience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn, spaCy, or PyTorch.nSolid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques in AI projects.nProficiency in integrating AI models with web applications using APIs or microservices architecture.nAbility to interpret and communicate AI insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with:nDeveloping AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer engagement.nUtilizing AI for sentiment analysis and customer behavior prediction.nPrevious experience applying AI solutions in the collections or financial services industry is a plus.
