Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic AI Engineer to join our award-winning development team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation software solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative projects while contributing to the evolution of our AI-driven solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to enhance and optimize internal and external-facing applications, leveraging customer and client data for personalized experiences.
  • Implement AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants to facilitate customer interactions and streamline communication processes.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to forecast customer behavior and optimize collections strategies.
  • Integrate natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance search functionality and automate content generation.
  • Implement AI-powered decision engines to suggest relevant products or services to customers.
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of AI technologies to drive innovation and improve efficiency across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and develop solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality development standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as scikit-learn, spaCy, or PyTorch.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques in AI projects.
  • Proficiency in integrating AI models with web applications using APIs or microservices architecture.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate AI insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Experience with:

  • Developing AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer engagement.
  • Utilizing AI for sentiment analysis and customer behavior prediction.
  • Previous experience applying AI solutions in the collections or financial services industry is a plus.
