An opportunity has arisen to work for a London-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Associate Director of People. The role will involve a hybrid working approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the delivery of an excellent People and OD function;
* Taking the lead on key projects and considering ways in which People and OD services can be enhanced and developed, primarily through the use of continuous improvement methodology, technological enhancement and partnership working;
* Deputising for the Deputy Directors and the Director of HR&OD as required;
* Contributing to the development and implementation of the People and OD Strategy and providing strong compassionate leadership to the People and OD teams;
* Supporting the Deputy Director in providing a comprehensive People and OD service including the direct management of the Wellbeing, Inclusion and Engagement team, Workforce Intelligence team and OH team;
* Co-ordinating workforce planning, working with key teams ensuring the organisation has a robust workforce plan in place;
* Taking the lead for the People and OD Directorate on HR related governance and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Masters in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development or equivalent qualification;
* CIPD qualification;
* A solid track record of working in the areas of responsibility across a broad range of HR functions across a large complex organisation;
* Evidence of developing and embedding improvements in Equality, Diversify and Inclusion, Health and Wellbeing and Staff Engagement, Workforce Intelligence, OH across a large organisation aligned to business priorities and professional groups;
* A solid track record in the design and delivery of programmes that are aligned to the people priorities and business context, demonstrating ROE/ROI#J-18808-Ljbffr
