Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant (Multiple Levels: Director, Principal, Senior Consultant)

We are working with a Global IT Transformation Consultancy, headquartered in London, who are in need of dynamic and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM professionals at various seniority levels (Director, Principal, Senior Consultant).


In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, working with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored CRM solutions in mainly the manufacturing and financial services sectors. You will combine technical expertise with functional business consulting skills to drive innovation and efficiency for their well-renowned clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management & Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and business leaders, providing strategic insights on Microsoft Dynamics CRM transformation initiatives.

Client-Facing Consulting:

  • Deliver high-impact presentations, articulating complex technical concepts in business terms.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional teams to define CRM strategies aligned with business goals.

Solution Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and adoption.
  • Ensure solutions are tailored to the unique needs of the manufacturing and financial services industries.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver seamless integrations with existing enterprise systems.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive additional value through CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and other business development activities.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Take ownership of project delivery and provide thought leadership in CRM consulting.


Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions for manufacturing and financial services clients is highly desirable.

Functional Skills:

  • Solid background in business process analysis and CRM strategy development.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business domains, translating client needs into actionable solutions.

Consulting Skills:

  • Experience in management consulting or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders effectively.

Industry Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and financial services industries, including common challenges and CRM use cases.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Platform are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
