Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – CRM

Location: Hybrid in London (Relocation and Sponsorship can be provided)

Salary: Up to 55-85k depending on experience + benefits

Are you a Microsoft 365 Developer Functional Consultant looking for a new challenge? Our client is a cloud-first, full-service Microsoft partner committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that solve human challenges. They are looking for a Microsoft 365 Functional Consultant to join their team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analysing customer requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the fitment analysis process, optimizing configurations, and ensuring successful CRM deployments.

Key Skills

• Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM modules

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform

• Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements

• Hands on experience in configuration customization and extension of Dynamics CRM

• Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment processes

• Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations

• Experience of data integration and data migration projects

• Experience in D365 CRM support project

Responsibilities

• Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM modules

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform

• Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements

• Hands on experience in configuration customization and extension of Dynamics CRM

• Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment processes

• Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations

• Experience of data integration and data migration projects

• Experience in D365 CRM support projects and providing L2/L3 supports

• Expertise in D365 CRM Portal capabilities and extensibilities

• Microsoft Azure knowledge

• NET Framework Version 4.5 and above

• C# and JavaScript

Certifications Required

  1. SQL Server 2008 or above with custom report experience through SQL Server
  • Reporting Services (SSRS)
