This is an exciting greenfield project focused on building a new Dynamics 365 landscape across all business units.


Position Overview: Functional Consultant


Key Responsibilities (6-Month Contract):

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance) in a greenfield environment, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business mapping and workflow analysis, which are critical to this position.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable, functional solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and provide hands-on training sessions to enable end-users to maximise the benefits of the solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, customisation, and support of the Finance module, prioritising system efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs within the six-month project scope.
