Litigation Legal Secretary, Tamworth

We are working with a well-established, Lexcel accredited law firm who are looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy Litigation team who deal with:
Contractual disputes
Property/ landlord and tenant disputes
Dispute resolution and ADR
Regulatory law
Debt recovery
Commercial disputesThis is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
The role will involve:
Provision of secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with existing and potential clients, and third parties via email, telephone and face to face
Diary management 
Dealing with office payments
Dealing with incoming correspondence 
Use of a legal case management systemSuitable candidates will have:
Previous Litigation secretarial experience 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Experience of audio typing from digital dictation 
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
The ability to work well as part of a teamBenefits include:
