We are collaborating with a reputable, Lexcel accredited law firm seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Secretary to enhance their dynamic Litigation department. The team specializes in:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Property and landlord-tenant conflicts
  • Dispute resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
  • Regulatory law matters
  • Debt recovery processes
  • Commercial disputes

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the Litigation team
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicating with clients and third parties through various channels
  • Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
  • Handling office payments and incoming correspondence
  • Utilizing a legal case management system effectively

Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Litigation Secretary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with audio typing from digital dictation
