Join the Stannah TeamnWe have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Operations department, supporting our Platform Lifts and Microlifts division at Stannah. This is a full-time office based permanent role.nIn this Administrator job, you will be joining a team that is customer-focused, providing support to our customers and internal departments therefore excellent communication skills and a passion for providing best-in-class service are essential.nAs the Administrator, you will provide customers with relevant information relating to their lift installation project with Stannah.nJob Responsibilities:nHandle telephone calls and emails, assisting customers or directing messages to the appropriate person.nIssue information packs to installers.nNotify Service Branches of weekly handovers.nComplete and send Operation and Maintenance Manuals to customers.nMaintain on-site lift information.nIssuing outstanding items forms to customers.nSupporting other administrative tasks, including test weights, invoicing, and variation orders as required.nCalling customers to discuss site readiness.nCreating and maintaining spreadsheets and word documents.nJob Requirements:nPrevious experience working within administration or customer service.nExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels and with different departments.nAbility to plan, prioritise and organise workloads.nRelevant qualifications in administration or customer service would be desirable.nMicrosoft Office applications and the ability to pick up bespoke in house systemsnProactive approach to working.nAble to work in a fast-paced environment.
