Our client is looking for an administrator to join their busy team in their offices based on the outskirts of Andover, so having your own transport is essential.

The role is a very varied one and would suit somebody who likes to be kept very busy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Dealing with the day to day admin duties
  • Covering reception when required
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing and scanning
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience
  • Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience in an administration role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Have the ability to multi task
