Hybrid Company Secretarial Assistant We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver professional corporate secretarial services to a varied client portfolio while developing your governance and compliance expertise. Key Responsibilities: Support the provision of corporate secretarial services across client portfolios, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Draft board, committee, and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions, incorporating feedback from the team and clients. Attend client board and general meetings, prepare board packs, convening notices, and maintain statutory books and records. Coordinate document execution, filings with the Registrar of Companies, and adhere to deadlines. Maintain accurate time recording and support the team in delivering additional services as required. Key Skills and Experience: Ideally qualified or looking to qualify or part-qualified Prior corporate secretarial experience. Understanding of company law, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements. Hybrid working 3 days per week in office (Southampton) following initial 3 month probation.
