Level Up is looking for a 3D Game Artist with over 3 years of relevant work experience to work on a multiplayer battle Royale game based over here in Dubai.

Position: 3D Game ArtistnLocation: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

We're seeking a talented 3D Game Artist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating lifelike art and love seeing your work come to life in games, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:nCreating game-ready characters and assets for both playable and non-playable characters: highly detailed and photorealistic, including heads, hair, and clothing ‍nEnsuring that characters are of the highest quality and follow proper industry standards, including efficient topology and UVs ✔️nFollowing the project’s artistic direction set by the Art LeadnCollaborating with other departments such as Animation/Rigging and Game Design to ensure characters fit within the title's visionnPrioritizing and managing day-to-day tasks to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with production constraints ⏱️

Essential Skills and Experience:nExperience using DCC software such as Maya, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, etc.nUnderstanding of the human form/anatomy and a strong sense of 3D space ‍♂️nIndependently responsible for the complete model production (high-poly, low-poly) of characters and some scenes, UV decomposition, texture drawing, rendering, 3D lighting application, and the use of various rendering plug-ins ️nUnderstanding of PBR workflows and experience in texturing software such as Substance PainternGood understanding of workflows related to 3D art asset production ️nStrong visual and technical skills in sculpting, retopology, and texturing, and creating game-ready characters ‍♂️nA portfolio showcasing a variety of character/humanoid artwork, including organic and hard surfacesnClear understanding of Unreal Engine features: environment creation, lighting, and effects

Additional Skills Preferred:nRiggingnRendering ️nUnderstanding of 3D character animation
