IT Service Delivery Analyst We’re supporting a global life science company in hiring an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their on-site IT team. This role ensures reliable day-to-day IT operations, providing hands-on support to end users and maintaining key systems across the site. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and 1st level network or telecom issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment to support daily business operations. Manage local IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors for on-site services. Follow ITIL and ServiceNow processes to maintain accurate records and escalate issues as needed. Requirements Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in IT service delivery, helpdesk, or technical support. Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and IT security principles. Familiarity with ServiceNow, ITIL, and common ticket management systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; certifications (CompTIA, MCP, MCSE) are a plus.
