Service Care Solutions are supporting a reputable non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Recovery Practitioner. As a Recovery Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.
Key role and responsibilities for a Recovery Practitioner;
Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
Deliver One to One interventionsMinimum requirements for a Recovery Practitioner;
Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
