Duties:
Main Duties
Develop, on own or in conjunction with the Programme Manager/Project Sponsor, the scope of the project to produce via the most effective route specifications & Activity schedules programmes in line with NEC 3 Task Orders on TSC contract.
Effective in carrying out roles of Principal Designer & Principal Contractor as and when required.
Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & relative standards.
Team player and leadership skills to ensure the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with all stakeholders
Risk analysis
Communicate effectively at all times with the client, client's representative, project consultants, local authorities and all stakeholders of the project
Liaise daily with the line manager.
Liaise daily with internal Commercial team to manage Project finances
Attend and takes notes of any meetings relevant to the project, either on site or in offices.
Develop & maintain working programme & schedules
Managing project deliverable in line with the project plan.
Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
Monitor & Report project progress and performance.
Knowledge and understanding of the CDM 2015 regulations
