Job Duties:
Manage and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Identify and mitigate project risks
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the scientific or pharmaceutical industry
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Science, Engineering)
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles within the scientific or pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools and software
In-depth understanding of scientific and pharmaceutical project lifecycles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in construction project management
Working Conditions:
This role will require working on-site at project locations, occasional travel may be necessary
