Our client is recruiting for a Commercial Lead to join their team. Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company looking for a hard-working individual to work at their head office in Crewe. As a part of this role you will be responsible for managing theteam to drive clear recommendations on how to manage and grow the business in a profitable and customer centric manner.

**Ideal Requirements**
- Experience of working in a team focused on management of Pharmaceuticals or similar industry.
- Other industries that will be considered are Medical Device or FMCG.
- Awareness and understanding of the commercial and customer levers and trade-offs.
- An understanding of product development and how to collate and manage data to support building products that meet customer needs.
- Able to resolve complex business problems in a logical and persuasive way for the good of the customer and business.
- Able to manage multiple activities and drive own workload to deliver business performance and projects on time.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the commercial director to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs for an efficient project implementation.
- Leading the team in activities and projects that drive the business through product range development.
- Ensuring that all products are designed, developed, and managed to embrace the customer needs and good customer outcomes set by the business and meet the requirements of the MHRA regulator.
- Playing a key role in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring the company has a suite of products that supports new business acquisition commercial strategy.
- Gathering and analysing sufficient range of internal and external reference points/data and benchmarks to identify opportunities and benefits.
- Identifying and making recommendations and business cases for changes of products for both new and existing customers.
- Developing and evolving strategy and enhancing the product range.
