The Programme Director is responsible for guiding the strategy of transformation programs, presenting recommendations to the board for approval, and then executing the program.
Determine essential outcomes, key deliverable, and necessary resources to guarantee effective program implementation.
Collaborating closely with executive board and senior stakeholders to align ensure outcomes are mirroring business requirements.
Define the program's scope to fulfill the needs of the sponsors, and craft program workstreams/projects into a roadmap endorsed by the Program Board to achieve business benefits.
Establish program strategies with stringent control over the program budget and forecasts while maintaining rigorous financial oversight.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the program's lifecycle. Engage and manage Senior Stakeholders effectively, overseeing deliverables and managing expectations regarding schedules with key stakeholders.
