Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Volunteer Program Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan to engage and retain volunteers, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.
  • Recruit and Manage Volunteers: Attract, recruit, and manage a diverse group of volunteers, providing training and support to ensure their success.
