What You’ll Do As our QA & Process Technologist, you’ll sit at the heart of innovation, bringing new products to life while maintaining the impeccable standards that make Krispy Kreme so special. You’ll: Lead factory trials : scheduling ingredients, equipment, and production time to scale up new products. Own the trial process: from start to finish, from setup to post-trial reports, including sensory, quality, and yield analysis. Support food safety & compliance: through audits, HACCP verification, and process control checks. Create engaging training content : from QAS documents to digital learning materials Be the go-to technical expert: for process troubleshooting, quality issues, and continuous improvement projects across our manufacturing network.
