Reporting to the Lead Delivery Owner Warehouse in Supply Chain Solutions, the role is to compliment the existing EWM Solutions team with a strong focus on yard operations.nCollaborates closely with the Solution Architect Lead, project managers, business process owners, and other architecture teams to ensure consistency and integrity of solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Brings technical expertise and knowledge to ensure proposed solutions meet established architecture standards and business requirements and provides guidance and technical leadership to team members, ensuring alignment with best practices in architecture and software development.nThe role also requires close partnerships with the Business Partners, local business stakeholders and System Integrator teams as well as SAP architect supporting EWM implementations.nWill be part of the eWM solutions team driving the delivery of eWM global template within Profectus program.nThe Profectus programme is a multi-year business transformation which will touch every part of CCEP and will be rolled out over a number of years across the business.
It will define how we will work for the future, aiming to enhance CCEP’s customer service, allowing us to focus on growing the business, be a more sustainable company and create value by simplifying and driving consistency across key processes at CCEP.
Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is part of the Profectus Programme and consists of key processes standardization in our Warehouse Management, enabled by a new technology platform (EWM, by SAP). Thanks to this initiative, we will replace our current Warehouse Management Systems in CCEP with one common template harmonizing the way of working across our warehouses, leveraging learning to improve and optimize operational processes.nThis position is a great opportunity to be an active part of this Transformation through joining the team in chart of delivering the new SAP eWM solution
to manage CCEP warehouses.

Participates in the design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and capabilities within the scope of Warehouse and Yard solutionsn•

Collaborates with support and operations teams to ensure smooth transition of implemented solutions to production.n•

Yard Logistics:n•
Coordinates the plan/activities from EWM side for the identification of S4 touch points related to Yard operations, ensuring that they are properly reflected in design, construct, test and cutover of EWM roll outs including Global as well as interim stage template.n•
Actively participates with the transportation management team and the Cross Integration Team FTL-EWM workshops and discussions to design the integrated solution for EWM template.n•
Validates that proposed solution from SI fits for fit for purpose and has proper level of qualityn•
Work with the EWM Solution Development and other workstream leads to identify the resources needs and to incorporate activities into the integrated EWM plann•
Build and maintain strong & effective relationships with Profectus FTL/Production Integration CIT teams
also representing EWM for Yard managementn•

Build strong relationships and a collaborative environment with stakeholders and broader Profectus team to enable successful outcomes: EWM, S4 Hana, CIM, horizontal streams, local business teams, SI, suppliers, as well as other teams across Profectus, especially where it will enhance the outcomes for CCEP as a business.n•
Oversee the integration of Yard operations in collaboration with the EWM and Transport BPT teams and Solution Development leads, encompassing both internal BPT and CCEP’s delivery partners, upholding and promoting CCEP’s values and ways of working.
Planning & Mobilizationn•
Proactively support stakeholders to resolve blockers for mobilizationn•
Promote an environment of clear roles, responsibilities and next actions to enable the whole of BPT to mobilize its delivery of value to CCEP.n•
Fluent with SAP, JIRA and Confluence
•
Degree in computer science, business, engineering or a comparable degreen•
Fluent in English. Other languages (German, French, Spanish) will be a plusn•
Desirable management development and additional trainings that enable team work and leadershipn•
Desirable qualification in Project or Programme Management including Agile
•
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles in a related and comparable positionsn•
Experienced in SAP Yard Logistics and EWM applications
