Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? My client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious 9 Apartment development in the picturesque town of Leeds.
About the Role: As the Site Manager, you will be at the helm of their Leeds project, ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site safety, and maintaining project timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality homes that meet their exacting standards.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all on-site operations and activities.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
* Monitor project progress and maintain schedules.
* Manage site documentation and reporting.
* Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
