Role : Scrum Master (Fixed-Term Contract - 12 months)

Location : Staines-Upon-Thames

Hybrid : 2-3 days per week

Salary : Up to £70,000 doe


We are looking for a Scrum Master with Project Management experience to join a software house on a 12 month Fixed Term Basis.


You will have the ability to lead and influence individual teams and business units and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that the applications are managed in the most efficient way.


Supporting new software assest and managing BAU activities you’ll coordinate all change management activities.


Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Leading a team to adopt scrum practices
  • Project Management experience - Full delivery of small to medium projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Run and facilitate the agile ceremonies – Daily stand ups, Reviews, Sprint Planning
  • Provide internal and external communication to help improve processes
  • Influence change within the individual teams
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prince2 qualifications


In return the successful Scrum Master can expect a salary of up to £70,000 and additional benefits.


This role would include hybrid working with visits to the Staines-Upon-Thames office 2-3 times per week.
