Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including retail, office, and industrial properties, for a client based in the Central Belt of Scotland. This role is initially for 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension and potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio.
Lease Management: Handle commercial leases.
Service Charge Budgets: Instruct service charge budgets.
Property Inspections: Regularly inspect properties to assess condition, identify issues, and plan necessary maintenance.
Maintenance and Repairs: Instruct and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
